Haere Mai / Welcome to the Nelson Male Voice Choir

The Nelson Male Voice Choir performs three major concerts each year in Nelson and in the Tasman region (see announcements or Facebook for upcoming events). Each concert contains different music and there is usually a theme. Other talented local artists help make each concert memorable.

Keen male singers are invited to join us at our Monday evenings rehearsals 6.45 pm at the Reformed Church of Nelson

The choir is currently under the direction of Nigel Weeks assisted by accompanists Pauline Boyd and Louis Lucas-Perry.

Contact Secretary, John Foes-Lamb on 03 544 3131 for more details.

  • Andrea's last concert as Conductor, this Saturday, December 8th. We are certainly going to miss the great lady, as she steps down this Saturday at the NCMA, after 20 years with the Choir. The concert is sure to be emotional, and begins at 2.00 pm. Click on the attachment below, to see a photo of her last night at our Mapua concert.
